Noelia’s passion for baking started from a young age. Born and raised near Barcelona, Spain she had always been surrounded by exceptional pastry shops that carried a wide variety of baked goods and sweets. Noelia, having quite the sweet tooth herself, indulged in them and was captivated by their flavors. As she grew up, she become more and more interested in baking until eventually she was able to turn her passion into a business. That business is Cherry Blossoms bakery where she can put a new spin on the cherished delights she grew up with around the world.
