Hello everyone!

My name is Noelia Seva-Gonzalez, the wife of an incredible man, the lucky mother of 4 children (a very energetic boy and identical triplet girls -yep! you read right!), and the loving step-mother of three amazing teenagers.

My passion for pastries and baking goods started from a young age. I was born and raised near Barcelona, Spain and have always been surrounded by exceptional pastry stores that carried a wide variety of pastries and sweets. Having a big sweet tooth, I indulge in them and was constantly captivated by their flavors. As I grew up, I become more curious and interested in baking until one day, it became my passion.

A lot of people are surprise when I told them I run a home bakery. The most asked questions is: “How do you do it?” I don’t really blame them for asking, since I have four young children. My answer is always the same: ” I just do it.” I am very passionate about my business. I whole heartedly enjoy baking and most of all, I love seeing and knowing that my creations brings people a little bit of happiness.
